Without a steady income, the LGBT Community Center continues to struggle to continue providing a space for its users. The center has scraped by from month to month on pure volunteerism in order to provide the bare minimum to the community – a safe space. Without a steady income, even that is at risk to be lost, as the volunteer members of the board cannot shoulder this burden. We want to continue to offer the space. We want to offer more. However, with only one-time donations available, the center cannot gamble away the money on more services or even upgrades to the space, at the risk of losing the space. To our past donators (recurring or otherwise), we thank you, and encourage you to become recurring donators now. At the time of this writing, there are no recurring donations coming to the LGBT Community Center, and we wish to continue to provide you with what we have provided, but also so much more.
